MSG's ÉLAN Circ was designed to manage all aspects of inhouse subscription fulfillment -- from customer service and order entry, to label runs and edition splits, from campaign and list management, to reporting and analysis, accounting and e-commerce. ÉLAN Circ functionality covers the needs of paid and qualified controlled circulation magazines, as well as newsletters, journals and online subscription services.

Additional modules are available to manage Single Copy Sales as well as Book and Product Fulfillment, and integrate fully in a unified customer and prospect database. As with all MSGL software, ÉLAN Circ can be installed onsite through a traditional software license agreement or implemented via ASP.
