ÉLAN EVENT CRM by Media Services Group is a powerful tool that serves two main functions: managing the relationship with your customers and prospects (CRM), and Sales Analysis.
Designed specifically for publishing and related industries , fully integrated with the Media Services Group back-end systems--ÉLAN Ad, ÉLAN Circ, ÉLAN Book, ÉLAN Event, etc.--ÉLAN CRM allows users to "drill down" into the central client database to view transaction history, order status, future orders, credit history and receivables with the click of a button!
Unlike generic sales call and tracking systems, ÉLAN CRM gives you instant access to the unique transaction data that helps you identify sales opportunities and maximize closing potential. When used with ÉLAN Event, Media Services Group's ÉLAN CRM allows for some very powerful data analysis.

- "Who displayed in last years exhibition and hasn't signed up yet for this year?"
- "Which of our exhibitors have gotten more space this year than last?"
